My work sits at the intersection of Chief of Staff, executive advisor, and governance partner, and is most valuable during succession, scale, restructuring, exits, and family or board complexity — when the business problem and the people problem are happening at the same time.

​I step in as a steady, discreet partner — aligning vision, people, and priorities, while helping leaders make clear decisions and navigate complex conversations that cannot be handled casually.
